Same.

Running off of a Ryzen 7 3700x and a MSI Radeon 5600xt at 1920x1080p, not only am I getting roughly around 35-40fps on high settings, i’m getting weird graphical glitches on the bottom of my screen when in a match. I don’t know if it’s my GPU bugging out on me, but it’s distracting.

Other than that, i’ve had a few crashes, but only in the KB&M settings when trying to change my push to talk key.

Loving the game so far, though. Great job, 343.

> - Go to Task Manager. - Right-click the process for which CPU usage is to be limited(game_release). Click Go to details. - Now, the detail tab will appear. Right-click the particular process(game_realease), choose set affinity, and choose the cores which you will allow the particular process to use.Set it to only be able to use 1/2-2/3 of your available cores For me I set cores 1-10

once again for anyone who missed this!

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
CPU: Intel i7 10700F @ 2.9GHz
Display: AOC Q27G2G4
RAM: 32GB Hyperx DDR4
Res: 2560 x 1440
Min: 72
Max: 72

I’m getting a steady 60 FPS on Low, Medium, High, and Ultra. The only frame drops I am currently having are on Ultra when looking at grassy textures, the little bushels of grass inside the map, looking outside of the map holds the 60 FPS.

I will say that there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference from Low to Ultra in anything but depth of color. The most noticeable difference to myself was the deepness of black colors on the floor panels by the sniper tower.

The bots are performing fine. I look forward to seeing the uptick in difficulty once we unlock the ODST variant. These Marine variants seem to be player friendly, as if you’re supposed to kill them and have a good time.

Also, I am almost done with my weekly challenges, how are we supposed to get the XP to reach level 20? The daily challenge seems to refresh itself upon completion, so that might be the grind in itself after I complete my last weekly and unlock the Stone Green Armor Coating.

As far as I can tell, there’s no way to set a Voice chat output device, only input. So by default all VC is coming out of monitor speakers instead of desired Headset, making people super hard to hear in comparison.

That’s all there is… the playlist is literally called “Marine Bot Slayer”.

My game will flicker from time to time and I can only stay above 60 fps if I have the game on low settings across the board while playing at 2560x1400. This is on a PC with an i9 9900k, RTX 3070 ti, and 32 GB of RAM. I’m sure both will be resolved/improved with future nvidia drivers on the final build but I thought I would mentioned it.

If you have your min and max set to 72, your resolution will dynamically adjust to lower settings to compensate. I’d lower your min to see how your FPS performance is actually affected by adjusting settings.

The same thing has happened to me with the alt key i’ve noticed, it has to do with pressing shift and alt at the same time switching keyboard layout makes the game freeze.

Thought we were supposed to get at least slayer and team slayer

Any way to get a key? I have a 5900x/3090 4K 144fps monitor and would love to see how the game is feeling/looking.

John

Not that I’m complaining or anything thought there was gonna be some testing actual slayer…but still runs fantastic on my curved ultrawide monitor and 3080 and a i9 10900k

Havent heard anyone attempt to use voice chat…had some actual msgs pop up from people actually using their keyboards

I’ve been tinkering with it since I got the game to download last night. If I drop it lower, it usually sits around 35/40 FPS. If I set it higher I will hover around 65/69 but experience random frame drops. The 72/72 was what gave me the most consistent 60 FPS output.

Tbh, the more I tinker with it in-game it seems the graphical settings only affect what is going on outside of the Arena.

The keybinds only offer “switch weapons” as a means to change weapons. Please keep this feature in, but please also add direct swapping as an option as well. For example “weapon 1, weapon 2” as separate binds alongside “switch weapons”. I personally prefer to bind my 1st weapon to scroll up & 1, and bind weapon 2 to scroll down & 2. This allows me to flick the scroll wheel the correct direction, and not worry about scrolling too far, and swapping multiple times unintentionally.

I’ve played for 3 hours and the game runs really smoothly, the only problem i’ve had is when you join a game in progress some of your volumes get lowered.
Voice also needs to be defaulted to push to talk or a mute function needs to be added.

There’s also a bug that crashes the game if you swtch keyboard layout (Shift + left-Alt)

Hope it helps and good luck 343 on your journey with Infinite.

Not sure if you’ve been reading through the thread, but virtually everyone is having issues with low FPS despite having high-end hardware. The game is not well optimized right now so you can’t get a reading of how your PC will run it on release.
