Whenever i even try to enter multiplayer, the game says that there is an issue with the dedicated server. can you (343) at least release a working game for once?!?

Its been a month since the previous post and the servers are still very unreliable. Every night I play this game, the game will crash during gameplay, atleast 2-3 times per night. When playing ranked, I then have to wait a ridiculous amount of time as the servers think I quit the game when in reality, the game just crashes. Please fix this issue!
