Apparently if you use performance mode on one x it does give 60fps, however after 1st flight I sold my one x and got series s.
Sure I don’t get true 4k, but to be honest it’s just so much smoother even in Mcc, and no problems getting 60fps. Will get series x one day, and give the series s to my daughter so no money wasted, when I think campaign, day / night cycle and so much more going on in Halo than before, I think one x/s is really gonna struggle with it, I’d give it 2 years max before it becomes series s/x, pc only.

That performance sounds exactly like you had pre july drivers. The game didn’t properly utilise the GPU unless you had the latest drivers.

I tried running it on my xbox one x and i definitely agree its worse but my series x just runs it just about the same. Well its definitely better but the frames we around the same but the one x dropped a lot.
