Infinite needs to be the end all sandbox

I understand about weapon redundancy, but after lunch and after we get all of these weapons tuned up nice, we need to add things like the DMR, Combat Evolved pistol, and even stuff like the sticky detonator and SAW.

If this is going to be the platform that we play all our future Halo on, I want to be able to play any style from across the last 20 years.

If not, I can’t believe I’m saying this but, Halo 5 is going to stick around in my rotation. It did a really good job of having enough movement options and a huge sandbox that made custom game modes awesome. Turn off sprint, clamber, all those Spartan abilities, and play Slayer on a well-made forge map with proper starting weapons. And it’s like you’re playing a remaster of your favorite halo.

I have a feeling we’ll eventually get a lot of stuff but as of right now, hell, this gravity hammer makes grip ball unplayable. I just hope we get as wide of a sandbox as we got in Halo 5. Even if a lot of it is redundant. It’s still fun.

Don’t forget about the Plasma Riffle!

I agree. I think quality over quantity would be better for the moment, but 343 has the potential to add in many, many new weapons after launch.
