I think that Halo Infinite needs to have some sort of in-game invite system for spartan companies. A lot of people do not join spartan companies because they dont know about halowaypoint or cant be bothered to sign in on waypoint and request to join a company. People dont like things that arent readily and easily available or easy to use. They want a streamlined process.
My idea:
Have something similar to Destiny 2 clans/Apex Legends Clubs were you can send clan invites in-game. We already have a spartan company tab in Halo 5. I think that it could be improved upon to have more features. We should be able to manage our spartan companies from in-game, be able to send company wide messages in-game, and have an easy recruit/invite option when clicking on a users profile in-game.
Halo Infinite has so much potential to further and streamline the spartan companies and make them even more interactive. I just hope that the devs realize this and work on making spartan companies better. I know that a lot of the Halo community would like to see spartan companies improved upon.
Totally agree here, it would make invites alot easier.
I’d also like to see commendations, rewards tabs etc so the company can all see how much and what you need to earn a reward, maybe even weekly/monthly rewards to work towards

Agreed. Having the same menus and options available in-game will make the whole process a lot smoother. I think Spartan Companies 1.0 was executed very well, but there are a lot of small improvements that would make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
This is a realy good idea, we wouldnt need to make a xlub on xbox just for one thing that nobody uses, and we’ll be able to have the name of our company under out name in a lobby.

Indeed. I don’t believe it would’ve been very difficult to accomplish on Halo 5. The tabs they had, from friends to spartan company, they could have most likely just put an option to invite a player to the company in the game itself. But I think 343 just wanted traffic on this website. It would indeed be much more convenient if the system was designed for Infinite to implement this. Additionally, daughter companies. I see many Achilles grinding companies here that have links to their daughter companies. It would be good if the spartan company system was overhauled to include more features, one of which being able to officially assign other spartan companies that you own or have other people possess for you to invite that company to your mother company.
I agree. Ngl, I kind of hate navigating Halo Waypoint. I hope there is a better in-game UI for this.
