Infinite Multiplayer Critiques, Round 2

Originally posted 3 weeks ago, bold highlights the issues that have been addressed

Friends: Adding new friends through the game itself (via post-match scoreboard and viewing recent player profiles on PC/Steam) could stand to be made much much easier. The menu system as a whole is a tad clumsy, if I’m honest, but these basic features should not be a challenge to execute.

Voice: missing an indicator to show which player is speaking

Challenges: 50xp for match completion is not a valid daily challenge. That’s a match completion bonus! Slight misnomer.

Item Pickups: prioritize objectives over floor weapons please!

Rewards: Ability to turn in challenge swap for 100xp perhaps?

That’s it. That’s the whole critique. I’m pretty impressed with the teaser so far.

Playlists - obviously needed to be addressed at the time of original posting (and it was, maybe not in the most timely manner, but hey) so it was omitted from the list. However, a new critique has emerged: please remove slayer from Quick Play. Slayer has a dedicated playlist so it stands to reason that objective grab bag should really be it’s own playlist.

Challenges - It would still be neat if there was a daily challenge that rotated instead of play X games to get bonus XP but I’ll give 'em a pass here. It would also be neat if there was a larger and more meaningful weekly/monthly/seasonal challenge that you worked up alongside the standard weeklies. Capstone challenge is fine but something a little bit bigger picture would be cool

Swaps - Ability to exchange challenge swaps for 100 XP wasn’t such a bad idea when the xp per match was capped at 50… Seems silly and unnecessary now, especially since you can use the swaps to roll the dice and potentially up the value of your lower rewarding challenges. Scratch that from the list.

Pretty short list of grievances, if you ask me.
