Does anyone know if there is going to be a legendary edition of infinite??iv held off pre ordering any thing as hoped they would announce or at least say there isn’t going to be one ??

If they haven’t announced it yet then I personally doubt it exists.
Pre Orders went live at gamescom, that’s including the console, controller & game. Other retailers started selling it too.
If they were going to announce a legendary edition they would have done it then. There’s little point of them holding back another pre order for a separate reveal, that would just annoy people who wanted it but already pre ordered.
I thought the same thing about the LE Series X so bought a standard one thinking they wouldnt release it so close to the game coming out.
I feel like there is still a chance of a Legendary Edition, I haven’t pre-ordered anything yet. There isn’t a huge need to with it being on game pass either so I’m happy to wait just in case.

There is always the anniversary of Halo coming up in November… you never know

I have a feeling there might be something when they do a full campaign reveal…
The actual game itself is tied only to the campaign so makes sense those waiting for campaign details would be interested in a Legendary Edition. Multiplayer is free anyway so no big correlation to the pre-order of the game.
You know that MC statue in the Limited Edition console reveal…surely that’s not just there for no reason.

You’re ignoring the whole point of what I just said though.
Releasing another pre order edition would literally screw over everyone who already put money down on a copy of the game already. Especially since the 15th is when the limited edition console releases too. People have paid for a whole console & game but hey now spend more money on the legendary edition too!?
They’ve already laid out plans for the 15th. The console & elites series 2 controllers are dropping then.
We may even get a new trailer around then but I wouldn’t expect anything more than that.
If you wish to set your expectations for there to be a “legendary edition” by all means do so however I recommend not being too surprised or upset if it never shows up…
