I think the Campaign experience was alright. But worth 60 bucks? Truthfully, no.
But here’s me when I was making the purchase:

You did forget to add that there is no reward for beating the game on the hardest difficulty or better yet; any difficulty… You get the achievement but I would’ve expected armor or anything to show that you have completed it.

If you haven’t beat it then stop talking to me. If you have them I want to hear why you felt the need to cite other people claiming it’s the best. It is irrelevant what reviewers think lmao

Sadly, that was the same with Halo 5 as well.
I’m glad they basically just wrapped up halo 5’s story and called it a day and moved on. That was probably the best thing they could have done after that mess. Putting the left overs of halo 5’s story into the sparse Cortana echoes was a great way to let the actual story of infinite play out while acknowledging the prior game. The actual story of infinite is nice and simple it’s just Chief, Weapon, and the pilot trying to stop escharum and Harbinger, and in the mean while there are bosses that try to stop them and some character arcs in particular for the pilot. That’s all it needs to be. Don’t bring back techno-god Cortana and all that non sense please.
In my opinion, this was the best halo campaign 343 has made yet and I can’t wait to see where they’ll go with it later on.

People keep bringing up Power Seeds as a sore point but is it really that bad?
I didn’t feel like Power Seeds was that much of a hassle. Just grab and grapple to where you need it.
When I got Thrusters fully maxed, I just Grapple > Thrust x2 and got to wherever I needed it in a flash.
Yet you’re in a forum about a reviewer reviewing something 
If it’s irrelevant and you involve yourself in these type of forums then you must secretly find relevance somewhere for it deep down inside

Its mindless fetch quest gameplay that gets needlessly repeated. Same with clicking consoles and boss fights that all share mostly the same mechanics. It boils down to repetitive busywork that just exists to waste the players time so they can boast this game is ‘longer’ depsite nothing really happening in this game.
This gamey junk used to be thrown in ‘halo killers’ during the 2000’s, and all those games didn’t kill halo for a reason…
Also its funny how Infinite’s ‘good’ just because its not as bad as 5 and effectively just awkwardly handwaves it away.
