Infinite is No. 3 on Polygon’s GOTY list

Honestly congrats to 343 for Infinite making the list and ranking so high! I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised that Infinite ranked so highly considering it reviewed well, but given its well publicized development issues and its somewhat messy and divisive launch, I really was surprised. I’m enjoying the campaign so far; I don’t know if it’ll top my personal game of the year list, but I’m glad the certainly hard working developers are getting the kudos they deserve. I’m popping a figurative champagne bottle just for them!

But what do you guys think? Is Infinite your game of the year? Do you expect it to make other GOTY lists?

its only high up because this year is full of mediocre titles. I expect it to be #1 on most GOTY’s for this reason alone.

It will be on all the lists, Daddy MS had a word with the platforms and took care of it.

Easily my goty and goat. No question. But don’t trust my standards; Halo is 98.6% of what I play.
