From Little kids getting hyped for 117 and not fortnite, to Halo tweets blowing up, the growing Instagram Halo community accounts, and Snapchat posting any Halo related content on channels (Halo gets click click clicks!!) the days till E3 are almost unbearable.
The people are waiting for Infinite. I’m so glad 343i is taking a longer Dev cycle, the longer they make us wait the bigger the hunger is, WE ARE READY!!
I don’t understand that “looks too good” comment, but I’m excited to hopefully, finally see some gameplay at E3. I can only discuss the trailer and minor details so much, I need MEAT lol

I can only assume it was to keep the hype train down last year. MS wanted to keep focus on games coming out last year and this year, not a game that had no release date. Plus we’ll also be hearing a bunch of info about SlipSpace engine at E3 according to Bonnie during the IGN interview.

People seem genuinely excited for Halo right now. Halo Infinite is the most viewed video on the Halo YouTube channel, more so than the next 4 most popular videos combined. Various things like what OP has mentioned plus the Halo Challenge was a thing (those guys singing the Halo theme in the bathroom a few months ago). I’m seeing it all over IGN, Gamespot and particularly PC Gamer. Speaking of which on the PC guys are really amped for Infinite and the MCC rumours; I am too.
The 5 year hiatus between Halo 5 and Infinite seems to be doing good not just in terms of (presumably) game quality but for the community as a whole. I’m excited, I just want this game in my life.

The simple fact that a Halo game will be released simultaneously on XB and PC has me hyped and I don’t even own a gaming PC. I just know it’s good for Halo as a whole to generate more of a fan base at release. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, right!?
Yea I’m hyped for this game it looks very promising so far reach like customization split screen back us going to a halo ring again more classic art style focused on master chief sign me up

I forgot about the Halo challenge I can’t believe they didn’t win the Xbox!!!
A little drop of Infinite news and media outlets go nuts. Just wait till e3 man we are gna loose it!! If anything this is the perfect time to make Halo relavent again. It’s the last game with a amazing story AND multiplier not one or the other like all these games. I hope Halo takes back the crown.
So ready for this!!! Wahoooooooooo!!! Going to Halo Outpost Discovery and totally ready to dive into the Halo Universe again. Haven’t been this Hyped since 2-3!

In the days after Aliens: Colonial Marines I don’t trust trailers anymore. Now sure the Halo 2 E3 trailer was nothing like the final product of the game back in 2003, but it was still a complete and rather competent game. I wasn’t disappointed when I bought it. I can’t say the same for games now a days and disappointment seems to be the standard for AAA releases and not the exception, even the publishers are disappointed with their sales. A matter of fact the Halo Infinite trailer didn’t bring me back (H5 was a total turn off for me), it was the announcement that Reach was coming for the PC as well as the rest of the MCC. If that turns out well, then I might be interested in Infinite. If not then I am going to be skeptical of what 343 plans (if any) are for their next game.
