I would like to understand why the HUD is so different, Halo had the perfect one when it comes to multiplayer. Everything was visible so no need to waste 3 second trying to see if yu had the right nade or not. If you could keep it, like it used to be and tweak it around to accommodate new feature. What yall think?
I honestly think the main issue with the UI is the way everything is bunched up in the bottom right corner. It is very reminiscent of Halo CE, Destiny, and Call of Duty. Your equipment and grenades being in a separate corner from your weapons would be better imo. Bungie made this change in Halo 2 originally, and there’s a reason why they kept it in subsequent halo games. Bungie has actually reverted back to the bunching up in one corner with the Destiny franchise, and I honestly dislike it. I do however enjoy the rest of the hud elements in Infinite, including the score/medals/personal kill feed near the crosshair, I just think they linger on screen a bit too long; it would be nice to have a slider to adjust how long they stay on screen when you get a kill or a medal, since it can obscure your target if you immediately acquire another target after getting a kill or assist.

Yes too much like call of or destiny should be like h2, h3, so on the grenade where it use to be weapon aswell and maybe the equipment below the score or below the nade.
I don’t mind it currently. Seeing the equipment was the only downfall for me.
I’m not a fan of the new HUD,
Biggest issue for m is the the bottom right corner where weapons, ammo, nades and equipment is all mashed together. I it’s hard to just quickly glance at the corner and get all the info you’re after. Make use of the top corners which are now completely empty.
Then there is ofc the new radar function which I guess could be considered in the HUD topic, but I don’t need to get into that too much here, it’s been pointed out in other threads.
The grapple hook “in range” indicator is very hard to see.
I don’t like seeing our health in Halo, personal opinion.

Id like them to move nades back to the top left. And weapons to the top right. Then maybe show equipment bottom right where it currently is. Its just weird to have it all bottom right. I could get used to it but I think they way I just said it should be would be cleaner
I definitely prefer the ammo grenade counter on the top right/left. I hope they somewhat make it adjustable. If not, i could get used to it honestly.
