Hey all,
I recently got the blue/yellow Funko pop and it came with an insert that only had 16 characters (20 including the dashes). It appears to be too short in every form, and I have included the dashes and made sure it is all capitalized. Has the format changed over the past year? Does anyone have any context around this?

If you were trying to redeem it as an Xbox Live code, that’s probably why it wasn’t working
I redeemed it on Waypoint and that was getting that error. I’ve redeemed a handful of Rockstar codes with no issue, in addition to a few NERF codes. This is the only one that has given me issues from the jump. The one piece that stood out as weird to me is there are no numbers in the code at all. Maybe that’s just luck of the draw but it’s 16 unique letters and that’s it.
