Hello,
I received an e-mail a couple days ago announcing I was invited to the Infinite flighting this weekend. This evening, I received the e-mail outlining how to join, but I have not received a message. When I click the July flighting link on my profile, it takes me to a screen stating I have not been invited (see link below). Any ideas on what’s going on?

Edit: Wasn’t sure which forum to post this on. Sorry if it should be on the Waypoint support forum instead! I have gone through my settings, and everything seems to be up to date. I am on Xbox One.

yeah, im having the same issue, im playing on pc, but got no code on the message, it only tells me how to download it on xbox

Try this if all you need is the code. Click the “July Tech preview” link further down the page. Hope that helps!

I have that link but when I click it tells me I don’t have an invite. I have the 2 emails, joined through the insider app on XSX, but get the “account not authorized.” Also, the message invite on Waypoint says I have a PC invite even though I’m not signed up for PC.

I’ve got no code because the invite is for the console, which doesn’t need a code, just the insider app, so when i go to flights, it sends me to insider support and tells me i wasn’t invited
If you believe you were invited to a platform other than what you opted into, please file a support ticket (sorry but no guarantees we can remedy at this time).

If, however, you were opted into both platforms and only got Xbox then you won’t be able to swap that for a Steam key. Make sure to update your profile for future flights
They clearly sent out invite emails to people who weren’t supposed to get them seeing how many of us have this issue. Hopefully we’ll at least get the survey
