I mean warzone firefight was done and will be the same way. If you aren’t first you aren’t the winner.
Lets say first place gets most kills with 40 the. Second only got like 10. Why should second place also get a win for his record when he was clearly outclassed

If it’s casual you shouldn’t care if you win or lose. And since we don’t get s reward for having a certain w/l ratio it really doesn’t matter honestly.

Technically, infection is a team game of infected vs survivors with a sliding balance scale.

I know quite a few people who aren’t going to play it in matchmaking because of this alone.
Yea, you shouldn’t care about winning and losing in a social gametype. To the same effect, those wins and losses shouldn’t be tallied against your ranked wins and losses either.

Wait. I wasn’t at the top in the two games I played but was awarded a win. I think if you survive more than half of the rounds, you are awarded a win.

^This. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone getting upset over their w/l ratio IN INFECTION. I mean, isn’t the reason why so many people demand a more social playlist is so they don’t have to worry about stats?

Exactly. One is played very casually and jokingly while one is super serious. Social gamemodes/playlists (Besides BTB) shouldn’t change your W/L or K/D since they aren’t an accurate representation of your actual skill since players in them are commonly not trying as hard as they would be in a competitive filled enviornment,

I agree. It should only count as games played. Or change how we “win”. People are saying it’s the same way for FFA but FFA is ranked and sweaty. Infection is not ranked and should be enjoyed.
