It has the list of updates from the past to the future. Next month’s update is apparently called the “Ghosts of Meridian”. What does that sound like 343 is implying? Ghosts are the spirits of DEAD people and infected people are essentially dead so get hyped for infection next month!!
Same guess has already been made a hundred times on here. I’m not sure if theyre really connected, make a bit of sense I guess but if they wanted to imply infection they would do it better. I think there will be infection but I don’t think the title is the giveaway
It could really be on any of them, but I doubt it will be the last one because WZ Firefight is going to be pretty huge on their own - and you wouldn’t want to split the hype between to wanted game types. It could be Meridian, but it also could be Hog Wild… or even Memories of Reach since Infection was pretty huge in Reach, last time I signed on it was still a playlist too.
I don’t think so. Meridian has nothing to do with the flood, and after checking the wiki on it I found this little snippet.
This world was discovered by the Covenant Navy in 2548 and attacked, the Covenant attempting to cut-off the colony’s supply lines, but the UNSC Defense Force was successful in driving the Covenant off the colony due to an extensive orbital defense grid and a large air force, continuing to fight off Covenant attacks for the next three years until it was finally glassed in 2551.[5][1]
I think it’s far more likely for firefight to be the big thing next update. Especially since that’s what they chose to preview after the hammerstorm trailer. If infection was coming next month I think they would have teased that instead. Especially because I’m pretty sure they’re aware how much people want the mode back.

I wish it wouldn’t and would just be like Halo 3’s, but honestly it probably will have flood. Every Halo game 343 has done has had infection with flood, Halo 4 and Halo H2A, so it wouldn’t be surprising if they’ve spent all the time on it because they wanted to make it have really good flood models. I think that’s too much, and most of the infection games weren’t based around playing as flood, it was just the gametype that allowed for such games. IMO they should have an option in the gametype settings to turn flood skins off.
Your logic is sound. But the connection from the title to infection is a bit… vague? Would that be the right term?
Anywho, I expect it simply based on the pleas of the community and timing, but only time will tell.

OMG… How hard is it to understand that Firefight isn’t coming next update? It will come in June, okay?

Please do tell me where it says that. The banner showing the firefight pic at the end isn’t proof. There’s no way the last update is going to be called ‘firefight warzone.’

it would have to be sooner because they do not make a teaser for something that is made to come out in 4 months

I just might want to point out that in the trailer that firefight is coming 2016. Not next update. There was another tease showing a Mantis with a blue glowing gun ( Either a Gauss or Rail Gun, doubt its a flamethrower ) on a desert map. I’ll put both links to the Mantis tease (Starts around 3:50 in the video, too lazy to dig into the millions of videos to find a tease video of the Mantis.) and the link to the upcoming updates.
Also I find it odd how they name a update called Ghosts of Meridian. I mean yeah sure people will get left behind I mean look at Reach. Honestly that does sound like a update for infection if you ask me.
