Infection in Halo 4

Gentalmen and Ladies.
Last year a game called Halo Reach was released but when opening Infection up, it was different.
We need the alpha zombie back again, and the ability to use our hands or a knife or something so it looks like we’re not slashing people with a bright blue plasma sword.

would be great to have a flood version, sort of like FF but with a infection feel to it.

The only thing Infection needs is balance. Make the Zombies a force to be reckoned with. Give Humans an incentive to move around the map and stick together as a team, searching for weapons, higher ground, safer areas, etc.

If by meaning to have objective infection games, besides boringly waiting for the zombies to come up on you to kill or be killed, than yes, lets have that.

Have you ever played adventure Infection maps in Halo 3 or Reach? They were better in H3, but there are still some very good ones I’ve discovered for Reach. Essentially, there are different phases of the map, where the survivors have to try and navigate through in a linear (Although creative) fashion. There are timed sections, so say if you got to a gate, you’d need to hold off against the Zombies until 30 seconds are over, or something similar. Zombies are huge threats and unless more than a single human is fighting the infected, he will go down.

Weapons are scattered on the map that encourage you to actually keep moving and use something that can give you an edge against the Zombies. Also, there are teleporters at the Zombie spawn that allows the Infected to travel through whatever part of the map they like, so that they don’t always spawn a far way away from humans. It keeps the gameplay fresh, fun and exciting for both Humans AND Zombies.

If you haven’t already, I highly recommend trying some out. I know Forehub has some very good ones in Halo 3, but I’m sure you can find some in Reach too.

sadly i never came across those particular infection games. I think i’ll have to try and check some of those out, if i can find them. Thank you for point those out to me.
