Fighting Infected wildlife would add a more higer level of fear to the flood. Humans can survive but the flood still would have ways of spreading. It would make the game more alive and it would add so much to the threat. (Assuming they’re treating it like CE and we don’t hear about the flood until we literally play the mission theyre in)
Here’s hoping the Flood are actually in Infinite. They’re the literal reason the titular rings were invented in the first place. It feels weird not having the Flood in a game that is about a super weapon designed to kill the Flood…

I agree that there should be Flood. That’s what I said in my first post lol.
And Halo CE was M rated. Every game prior to H5 was M rated: ESRB Rating for CE
If there is flood in Infinit, it need a reason to the history. It could be cool to see the origin of the flood, like in the books.
I hope the history won’t be only about paria who take the installation, like HW2.
I mean the flood always come back in some form and the last time we’ve seen them (in a mainline game) has been a bit of time so the return of the flood would be great to see (also the halo audio recordings had people speculating some were for the flood) - Generally though flood infected lifeforms would be great to see and I feel like theyd give off that same feeling you felt in CE when stumbling upon the flood for the first time, also maybe give some extra variety to enemies.

I think they meant that Halo CE was originally going to be T rated, which is true. As in, for a good portion of its development before its release. There’s even advertisements giving the rating as T, prior to the game’s release.

Also, Halo CE was T / 16+ here in the UK. It very much depends on where you buy. In fact all my Halo games from CE to Halo 5 are rated PEGI 16+, including Reach. So I agree, we could see the flood in a T rated Halo Infinite. I would prefer a more graphic M rated Halo if I’m being honest, I always thought Halo games were “safe” content when compared to the books.
