Indigenous species on next Forerunner world

I was remembering how in Halo Reach we met a couple indigenous species of animals on Reach. And I was thinking, I don’t remember seeing any on Requiem. On the next world we’re on, it’d be cool to see some native animals running around, and even cooler to see whichever faction use them to benefit their mission.

Agreed, it would definitely liven things up a bit.
I feel shame when I think of all the poor Moa I slaughtered.

By the way, Halo:4 was going to have something like this but I guess they cut it for whatever reason.

Do you mean like this.

Adding different species to the sandbox can be very interesting!

Yes! This would be an awesome addition to the game.

I’d love for there to be different species, some harmless/friendly and some quite aggressive/dangerous. It would be cool to have to defend yourself from them every now and again.
Imagine if there were little creatures that were really curious about you, and followed you around for a little while, just like can happen in real life.

And then you couple that with the flood! Imagine that the Flood return in Halo 5, and sometimes the unfortune little (or large) creature becomes infected.

It adds to the character of the game world

If I take two Campaigns I did not like (3 and Reach), I can easily say I prefer Reach purely because of creatures like the Moa and Guta which just made me feel more immersed in the world, it makes it feel alive

Definitely.

I was slightly disappointed when Halo 4 didn’t have the wildlife that we saw in the E3 gameplay.
I really hope that we get more of it with Halo 5, seeing as they have a lot more to work with.

Yeah, I’m all for it. I need more things for target practice.

Man, the blind wolf. Its kind of cool to see how much Halo CE was changed, that trailer, to the games release.
