I saw this for the first time tonight, a Mantis, moving as fast as a warthog, looks like it’s on skates, killing everything in 1 shot, and cannot be stopped by plasma shot.
Clear sign there are people cheating on Halo 4.

What’s also strange was the weapon data from the match. Instead of registering as Mantis kills, they showed up as “Warthog Gauss Cannon”.
I want to show people the match info on Waypoint, but the last time I called out a cheater I was warned for calling out another member.
Just watched it. That’s obviously a Cheater.
Just submit a file complaint for “Tampering” if you don’t know how to do it Click Here,nothing else to do,also I think that the videos also count as calling out or saying names.

This isn’t new. People cheated on games way before H4 and way before even CE.
Report them to Microsoft and they’ll get a permaban.

This is just so WEIRD that’s why I wanted to share it.
The player in question was on my team. And when I saw a Mantis fly by at high speed it made my eyes bug out. It’s surprising and funny at the same time frustrating to know that there are people doing this. I feel that people who cheat ruin the game experience for everyone else. If there is obvious evidence then why can’t the forums be a place to address it?

Because it’s against the rules.
It’s against the rules because people often can’t, or won’t, tell the difference between lag and actual cheating, or proof it sometimes, leading to numerous false positives that the forumites, either won’t care about or willfully ignore, as they start mass shaming them into oblivion.
Thus: Report it to Microsoft. They’ll investigate and if actual cheating occurred, they’ll ban based on the severity of the crime.
I’ve filed a complaint already.
You have to see the video for yourself. It’s not about lag or accuracy. It’s just… weird and bugged out.
Just watch as the Mantis drives across Ragnarok like a Ghost and mows down everything in its path.
From the short clip if you change the view to the guy in the other mantis you can see he also is getting 1 shot kills in it!
The guy in the 1st Mantis wow his service record is interesting reading.
He has played 35 games won 29 in that short space of time he has amassed 569 Binary Rifle kills, thats an average of 16.25 Binary rifle kills per game!
With further reading of his game history he amassed 64 Binary rifle kills in 1 match on Vortex…
Another match on Vortex & this time he got 60 Binary rifle kills…
This time on Settler he got 62 Binary kills…
On Longbow he weapon of choice is “Ordnance Drops” where he got 55 kills with those…
Back to Settler & he is using the Railgun & got 63 kills with it…
& it goes on & on along with a lot of DNF games where I guess he hack didnt work & he quit

You’re not supposed to list names so I’d remove the links Dremora because that’s a lot of links.
Either way I hope he gets banned because I wouldn’t like to see this so I don’t see why others would.
They’ve also had 366 drop pod kills, Imagine how lucky you would be to get that many legit?

Now that’s just wrong, I mean really, why hack multiplayer where people see, then report, then you get banned.
I say that people should only modify personal things so the fair players don’t suffer.

I saw the video…the gamer was definitely cheating.
I was in the same match. Both cheaters were on our team and between the 2 of them amassed 80 kills on 2 Mantis.
Hopefully 343 addresses this.
BTW what is the big deal about dropping names on this board. I think it would benefit everyone to know who the confirmed cheaters are.
