I love halo infinite. It’s my first experience in the series since halo 2. I logged a lot of hours and want to play more. However, after completing the battle pass, I’m left with nothing to “chase”. What sucks is I’m still interested in the game and would pay whatever to just have some simple goals to strive for, but with no events and no more cosmetics to unlock, I end up playing other games more and more and my interest is waning. Please 343, I’m trying to give you advice here! Don’t lose your player base by doing nothing with update. Add something for me to “level up”
Yeah there’s nothing to do, I was saying just give us some player cards to grind for. 1,000 stickies landed boom there’s a sticker and a player card, 5,000 headshots with the pistol boom there’s a sticker and a player card, Tbagged a body 50 times in one sitting, boom there’s a little sticker and a player card. Idk something.
I wish we had unlocks to grind for in Halo Infinite but unfortunately a decision was made by someone or a team of people to go all out on monetising everything right down to colours which was a feature from the first Halo game now locked behind a pay wall.
They could had done so much better with the store like a $5 classic horn pack for the Mongoose and Warthog or even creating legendary items like having 343 Guilty Spark as your AI voice for $15.
I wish we had weapon commendations to complete with a reward like gold camo for the weapon you master and then a special name plate for your profile when you master all weapons. The game needs rewards for accomplishment like Halo 3 did with Recon. You felt like a bad -Yoink!- wearing Recon as players knew that it was hard to acquire Recon with the vid master achievements.
