Increase Draw and LOD Distance

I have noticed that since all games in MCC are locked at 60 fps then the games are probably capable of exceeding that framerate, but then why were other things not pushed to its limit. I am specifically talking about two things which are really noticeable to the eye. In Halo 3 and 4, the draw distance is terribly noticeable with grass and fauna or other objects either spawning in or loading major details within a very small radius from the player. Halo 4 also still suffers as it did from the 360 with LOD. Details pop in from textureless models at a very close range. These radius’s seem to have been kept at the same distance as they were on the 360. I am sure the XBOne can bump this up. No work required just an increase on the slider please and a patch.

Fair enough, but would you agree that it is far too noticeable and this is an easy fix. I dont think increasing the draw and texture distance will slow down the frame rate, maybe by one or 2 at most but its just too darn noticeable. I find halo 4 only drops when loading new areas, something which didnt seem present on the 360, i dont think my issue and yours are connected and they should both be fixed. I agree with your issue as well.

EDIT: After viewing your link, it is obvious that Halo 4 does suffer some frame issues as well. But I never saw Halo 4 on 360 which ran at 30fps drop to 15fps. So why 60 to 30 on the ONE? this doesnt seem to be a graphical strain but rather an error in transition from old to new console.

Please 343, fix these 2 issues after servers are fixed.
