Hi everyone, for some reason my waypoint profile says my highest csr is platinum 3 on arena. This isn’t even my highest current ranking never mind all time, where has my Onyx SWAT rating gone? Halp!
According to your service record you never have placed oynx. So keep grinding till you get it.

Same problem for me except mine doesn’t even show up anymore… It’s as if mine has been wiped entirely.
Yeah I hit Plat 3 last weekend and lost it while playing with some friends and now it’s showing Plat 2 is my highest. /shrug Oh well.
Chances are they wiped the glitched Preseason rank that everyone got at launch… Good thing because it wasn’t legit…

I did place Onyx in SWAT, and I’m currently Diamond 3 so even if I didn’t (which I did) it’s still wrong lol

I went through all of your seasons and not one of them was oynx

Which is kind of my point, I was Onyx two months in a row on swat, never have been on anything else which is why i was so happy having it on my profile. It’s definitely changed
OP is diamond 1 in swat currently so his csr is incorrect.

Well if it’s true you should have no trouble getting it again. This just sounds very unlikely to me. Maybe take a screen shot when you make it next time as proof.

He may have recently earned it and it just hasn’t updated on waypoint yet.
i have a similar problem. in halo waypoint my csr disapear, i have unranked

They need to bloody fix it, I shouldn’t have to take screenshots to make sure my Halo legacy is saved. Sick of it. And I’ve noticed my stats in game and on waypoint aren’t even close to each other. Ridiculous.

I have taken no screenshot unfortunately.
Such, my stats on the HUB of the game and halo waypoint are different. Especially at the Boss killed.
I don’t know if this would work for you, but I had the same issue.
My “wrong” CSR on Waypoint were 1999, whilst my in game were in the 2000 (june season).
Now with the new season I hit Champion (woo) and it fixed itself, so my theory is that you need to advance to a new division for it to get fixed (by it self).

Yeah it seems to be ignoring certain playlists on certain months for no reason, I just finished the last season on Diamond 1 and still nothing. Really, really annoying me now

Sad thing is I don’t see this actually being addressed. Some people reported this months ago and still nothing. Really upsetting.

Eurgh really? I was hoping his was a new issue and that it would be fixed soon 
I just want my Onyx rating on my damn profile
