INCORPORATING Engineers in gameplay.custom games?

Engineers (huragok) are forerunner biological super computers that are found in many sheild worlds, etc.

They would fly around maps, recharging shields, fixing vehicles (they live to fix broken things). They are not aggressive and are neutral. (for MM if they were to be included).

In custom games you could set boundaries for them, how often they spawn, what they can do what they can fix, etc. And you could even display their names (lighter than some, ets) on your HUD or set a team the engineers can only help.

Reading Glasslands (no spoilers), it is obvious Engineers have a major role in the Halo universe and it would be interesting to see their inclusion in the Halo multiplayer experience.

I was just thinking this, I don’t think they should impact gameplay by fixing and healing, but I think they should be flying around some maps, and we should be able to shoot them. If we’re really that cruel.

I was thinking of some type of Invasion game mode, but more tactical and complex that could incorporate engineers into its objectives.

In any case, the Engies have potetial for multiplayer incorporation, but I doubt if 343i would work off that.

Well you could restrict what they could do in terms of gameplay so it won’t annoy too many people.
