Inconsistent Bloom (Halo: Reach)

I’ve posted this is the main forums, but hopefully posting it in the Support forums will gain more traction/make it noticed by 343i.

What I mean when I say incosistent bloom is the fact that Bloom changes from Title Update stats to Pre-Title Update mid game. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure the bloom variables should not be changing after reloading. Unlike other posts, I have decided to upload the capture I made to YouTube to better show what I am referring to.

Take a look at how the bloom in the first kill is most definitely TU status. The shots are quicker and more accurate. Then, look at the second kill - The bloom is 100% pre-TU bloom, and my shots have to be slower, which puts me at a disadvantage if the person has TU bloom on their end. I shouldn’t be worried about losing gunfights in Reach due to someone having a different bloom than me.
