So through lengthy conversation with Microsoft support they were able to confirm that my current account is related with Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo Reach, however none of those games are present in my service record. Did you change your gamertag since you last played those titles? If so, try launching the games with your updated gamertag.
