so i think the halo infinite battle pass progression is a major improvement but there is one thing that i wish could be done… during my matches, i see people not playing the game because you only gain a set amount of XP for playing matches and only playing matches you don’t have to win or lose or on preformance no matter the game mode now i don’t think its a good idea for punishing losing by giving no xp at all that’s kinda dumb, and ik there are weekly challenges that are like “win 2 slayer games for 200 xp” but i think personally you should give players and incentive to always want to win so i think there should be an extra “daily” challenge that gives you a little more xp for winning games say you play quickplay and you get an extra 25 xp so you would gain just a little more that goes a long way and for big team battle since they are longer you get 50 xp so in total you would gain either 75 xp or 100xp for a win overall not to mention with double xp it would make it much better, now i know there maybe an issue were people may try to “try hard” and my opinion is probably flawed in some ways but idk i just think there should be a little something extra for winning and would also make people want to “play the game” instead of doing nothing for xp
This here is my biggest problem right now, i rarely end up playing my best and farming challenges instead, camping weapons and not being helpful to my team.
I really hope they address this as i want to play my way instead of being forced to use certain weapons, vehicles and equipment. Especially when one of the “Pillars” was the Sandbox, what goods a sandbox if your telling me what toys to use?
Nonono, I’m busy in the corner of the map trying to do my weekly challenge, I don’t have time to help my team win the match, sorry.
It would be good if these challenges encouraged you to experiment with parts of the sandbox you usually wouldn’t, they can help people discover new ways of play they wouldn’t have thought of before, problem is, it’s MANDATORY, and that stinks.
