HOW U GET INTO THE INBOX?
Look in the top right. See the square thing on top of the other square (to the left of the flag)? Click/tap that and select “All messages” at the bottom.
If you’re unable to see the icon noted above then it means your Xbox Live account is marked as a child account. Child accounts are not allowed to access the inbox feature of Halo Waypoint
