Inactive Spartan Companies Question...

Have a Question Specifically about policies and practices concerning “Spartan Companies” especially pertaining to inactive ones…
Ours is expanding, and during the process of adding other sister companies, noticed several of the choices we wanted were already used. After some cursory exploration, most of those are companies with one or two members, therefore not active, and those members haven’t been active in more than a year. Is there any recourse to possibly get those companies closed out and available (cleaning up the empty space) to be used by a vibrant and growing company(s)? or are we just stuck with a list of inactive companies and utilize alternate spellings for company names to be close to what we’d like to have?

There’s no way to force inactive companies to give up their names, no.
