Hi guys,
I just finished to buy only silver packs with my req points to get all the common, uncommon and rare unlockable stuff… but when the packs began to only give me req points, there was still rare and commun stuff I couldn’t unlock. There’s still the six rare reach helmets (I really want them) and the common urban mongoose I can’t unlock. Do you know if it’s a bug or if there’s a special way to unlock this vehicle and those great helmets?

Unfortunately, the helmets can only be unlocked from the Classic Helmets pack. You can still buy it on the Microsoft/Xbox store for $9.99 (or equivalent)… however, you currently cannot buy it using REQ points. Whether or not it will return is unknown.
The Urban Mongoose is one of the few things that can only be unlocked through purchasing Bronze packs. Try your luck with those and you should hopefully get it.

What? It was one of the major new thing in one of the FREE updates and we can only unlock it by buying it? I’m disappointed. Is it the same thing for the ultra rare/legendary armors and helmets of Reach?

Well, the helmets were available temporarily for purchase using REQ points… we just don’t know if it’ll happen again. The Memories of Reach armor is not exclusive to any specific, limited-time REQ pack, so you will be able to get them from Gold packs.

Hell… I wanted to get the EOD and security helmets… I guess I’m gonna have to wait…Thank you for the answer!
