I got Halo 5 about a week ago, been trying to get into an online lobby for a few days now, it just stays on “1/4 continuing to search”.
I’m on 240mbps download, 25mbps upload, open NAT.
I’m from Ireland, I’ve tried to join lobbies with other players but as soon as I’m in the lobby, it just won’t find a game.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I have 0 issues on every other game I play, it’s just Halo 5, I don’t understand why I can’t be placed in a lobby, I’ve tried game modes from each playlist, absolutely nothing happens.
Completely unacceptable.
Also let me clarify, I have tried focused, balanced and expanded.
It eventually tells me there’s not enough players to find a game in this playlist.
That happens for every playlist.
It also happens to lobbies I connect to, where people have just been finding regular games.
I might join friends who can find a game in minutes, but soon as I’m in the lobby, it won’t find a game for us.
Literally haven’t been able to find a single game the entire time, not once.

Have you tried a system reboot?
Yes, I’ve tried router reset, also tried hard reset for Xbox.
What is your Xbox Live reputation (if you don’t mind me asking)?
If your reputation is low, then that can mean you are only matched with players of similar reputation.

I don’t think Halo 5 is effected by that?
Currently “Avoid me” thanks to some sour apples on For Honor (that game causes more arguments and accusations of cheating than any other game I’ve ever played in my entire life).
Hadn’t even thought of that being the problem, probably is the case now that I think about it!
Guess I’ll have to avoid retaliating against messages or anything for the next while.
