I want that when watch a FILM IN THEATER… We can do make it save a short film clip… Like FUNNY, COOL, GOOD ONE OR OTHERS THAT PART ONLY So we can click a RECORD BUTTON TO START RECORD THEN 2ND TIME CLICK TO STOP RECORD THEN SAVE ONLY THAT VIDEO THAT WE MADE A RECORD… AND BE ABLE TO ENTER A FILM NAME… So we can EASY TO FIND IT RIGHT FILM… AND ALSO If want same normal full game film but we can change and ENTER FILM NAME TOO… Because we cant do that then when someone want to see it or want to show them then how do we know which one film??? Because its ONLY NAME FILMS “GAMETYPE” ON “MAP NAME” When saved more than one same gametype and map name then WE DONT KNOW WHICH ONE… So better we can do enter FILM NAMES SO THATS WAY WE KNOW WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FILM…
The only way you can do this at the moment is start the film, and as the part you want to record starts, double tap Xbox button on your controller and open the Game DVR shortcut from there, and then select start recording. Once finished you can select stop recording.
You can then open this in the Xbox PC app, and clip the film if necessary and rename it, and reupload it to Xbox Live. Additionally, it also gives you the option to save to One Drive, in which you can then edit it with movie software to get what you require (and then again you can use the Xbox (Beta App this time) to put it into the upload folder ready to be uploaded to Xbox Live).

Let it play through the clip in theater, tap the Home button at the end of what you want to capture, then press X. Profit.
