The community posts about revitalizing old cut content. After reading all the way through them, i domt know if the intent, is to release this stuff as usable only in the modding tools or actual use for normal non-modded gameplay.

The intent is to release as much of the content for modders to implement, remix, or polish. Maybe some of the assets like maps can be completed to a point that they may see retail release, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
