Are you able to watch uploaded file share videos using this website? Because if you can, I can’t seem to get them to play.

As of now, you can’t, watching it has been broken since the File Share released.
You’d need to download it, then watch it on your computer 
Is that films or the rendered films option? I’ve gotten the impression that rendering is currently on hold. Unless there is something Im not seeing on the page, the only option is to add to a set, which has me thoroughly confused.

You can no longer render films. That functionality has never existed on Waypoint, only the ability to view rendered films. Unfortunately, that functionality appears to be broken, and you can only download your rendered films.
