In Ranked games list shouldn't penalize when a team member leaves the game

It is unfair that experience is taken away if a member leaves the game, the rest of the team is not to blame, it is a clear disadvantage when it is 3 vs4, 2v4 or 1v4…

So you want to encourage people to quit any time they are about to lose a match so it won’t count on their or their friend’s records?

Actually this is a good idea, but if you quit you get a huge punishment and if you are in a fireteam of someone who quits you also get a huge punishment.

good point, but it would have to apply only at the beginning of the game, I think. If someone quits near the end of the game it’s okay to penalize everyone.

I’ve usually seen many fold early in the game and it’s already frustrating because the team is almost certainly going to lose the game by disadvantage. I think they should raise the penalty for the player who leaves the game more so that it doesn’t happen too often.
