because the main problem with changeing REACH is we are all stuck in the competative playlist and any change effects everyone
so to make sure and problems in the future get fixed we need a casual and competative playlist like halo 3s ranked and social playlist.
IMO doing this would make it a lot easier for changes to occur to make the game more competative in one playlist, while keeping it fun in a casual playlist
Why not? Social playlists wouldn’t need DLC but ranked would. Everyone is happpy. Social players can have fun and ranked players can hold objectives while ranking up.
Plus, ranked would provide more incentive to the play the game and be a guide to how much better you can be against other random teams. Social is for chilling out.
I wouldn’t mind. It would give me a place to warm up in and also to mess around. Just make it so you don’t get XP or advance in rank. It would also be the place where the join in progress feature would be perfect for.

Yeah, the Halo 3 model was fine IMO. It’s hard to imagine what Bungie was thinking when they made everything social and ignoring that succesfull MM model.
Oh man, what a necro bump! How the hell did find a thread so old Naruto?
