Well, the colors look very good in the art compared to in game, also we have no Gold visor but the concept arts do.

That’s not concept art. Concept art is graphics drawn to come up with some design. Both of the links you provided were made to promote existing skins.
The visor shown in the pictures could very easily be the yellow Stalker visor.
I’m unsure as to why that CIO image has golden/yellow eyes when the actual helmet doesn’t even have a Visor. It’s just three white lights.
