In game Video editer.

Basicly theater 3.0 There would be an In-game Video and audio recorder. There would be two modes.

Basic: Your basic theater settings.

Advanced: Machinima/auido/cutting and recording kit.

This would save time, and money for people that make machinima.

After the video has been completed, you may store it in a special fileshare that is for large files. (343 pro.)

(PS: I thought of this while watching RVB. Please no flameing.)

It’s a good idea but it could never happen in this generation or the next gen of gaming. Even simple editing programs are complex and relatively costly to develop. Trying to bundle one on the same disc as a game would be way too hard, even on a 50 gb blu ray disc. The closest thing they could do would be to make a console based editor that installs on the hard drive and sell it separately and even that would probably be too complex and have too small a market for them to consider it worth their time and money.
