I’m playing on my laptop which definitely has the specs to handle this game (i7, gtx 1060). Every few minutes, the game will freeze for about a half second which I describe as a stutter. It says the fps drops to ~40, but the issue doesnt seem to be the game running at low fps. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers, turned on V-sync, turned off any other processes in task manager, but nothing seems to have worked. Anyone else having this problem?
