Since I’ve bought halo 5 hard copy I’ve had this problem where i constantly fall through the floor randomly online and offline during multiplayer and campaign and during campaign it happens to me and the AI. I was told by Microsoft support to download halo waypoint and post a compliant but there isn’t a halo waypoint app for Xbox one. Does anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions? If so please message me on live since i don’t really get on here.

I also have the Halo 5 hard copy however there has been no scenario where myself or the Ai fall through the floor.
I can understand falling through the floor in multiplayer because of lag and it loses track of the players position to the point where you fall through the floor so the internet connection is to blame for that one.
However during the campaign i have no explanation, unless you are playing with others and its another case of the internet connection.

I have the best internet connection and my Xbox is in the same room as the modem but i tried going offline and playing and it did the same thing. I even get kicked out of games for committing suicide and it’s not my fault.
