You fail at understanding that getting to something first when someone else wants it isn’t being a -Yoink!-. Its just how the game works, first come, first serve.
Next you are going to tell me that it is “morally wrong to kill the enemy team and instead we should talk our RvB disputes over some tea”.
Point is there is no reason for one to think another player is a “-Yoink!-” for getting something quicker than one does. That is just the way the game was built. If we were supposed to call things we could look at it with our reticle and push a dibs button that only allows the person who pressed it to pick it up. But the game isnt built like that.

huh?
How can I be entitled when I literally said “No, its a thing called “first come, first serve”. You are not entitled to anything in the game.”
If I drop a weapon and someone else on my team grabs it then that is my fault and he is entitled to that weapon and I am not mad. No weapon in the game has your name on it. Why on earth would I betray a teammate for a weapon? I spawn with the death machine DMR and a secondary that can out shoot a shotgun and I can spawn sntivehicle weapons to boot. Its simply not worth it and for the most part isn’t even possible in the game short of vehicles.
Its only “me first” when i am actually first, when you get to something quicker than I then by all means it is yours. Its called being fair. Deal with it.

I kind of did this today. I was playing Oddball on Wreckage and my teammate got hijacked in a ghost. I was right beside him so I hijacked it back and killed the guy and jumped off and let him have it.

You’ve taken what was a pleasant discussion about people being nice to strangers in a videogame, and twisted it into an argument about whether people have any business being polite in the first place. I’m not bothered by the fact that you have a selfish outlook, that’s on you. But that’s not what this thread is about. Go Away.
I like to Banshee/Gauss drive. If I am doing well and earn ordinance I will hop out of the vehicle, call it in and then inform my team of whatever the weapon is and it’s location, then get about my business again.
I can’t use it while flying/driving nor accumulate drops, so why not help out the cause by being unselfish?

No the discussion wasnt just about people being “nice” to strangers. It was also about people labeling an entire generation of gamers and who think they can “call” weapons.
> “Protip 2: If you didnt call a vehicle in the pre-game, you have no right to be mad”.

all i see from the above is someone complaining about not being able to get to called in ordinance first. And making a big deal about it to get “their” sniper.
Its fizzles like those people that betrayed over weapons or would pepper you with shots so you would die easily by enemies all so they could get something they think is theirs. The mature thing to do if someone snags your ordinance is to just shrug it off and keep going. Instead people get butthurt about it. Pathetic really.
“all i see from the above is someone complaining about not being able to get to called in ordinance first. And making a big deal about it to get “their” sniper”.
You quoted what I quoted as something I said.
I don’t call weapons or vehicles. If I get whatever I’m after, I get it. If I don’t, then I turn around and go at it with my primaries/on foot.
I gave some sniper ordinance to a teammate who was on a Perfection and was running low on ammo. And you definitely do get the Ordinance stolen message if a teammate takes it.
