I’m sure it’s too late in H5’s lifetime to add in-game Spartan Company recruiting but I’m going to ask anyway, how easy would it be to add that feature in the game? I ask because not everyone comes to Waypoint & it would just be simpler overall if you could recruit people from one of the menus. Also, if Spartan Companies are going to be in H6 would it be possible to add this feature in H6 too?

I don’t mind enduring that crap for the ability to recruit in-game. It’s not that hard to ignore and/or decline if you have no interest in joining & if someone spams me with recruitment messages I can always block them.

I’ve been a part of two military-based clans (EPIC CRINGE) in the past and I’ve had enough of them as a whole. If anything, I won’t hesitate to block the sender(s).

But aren’t they fun to single handedly destroy? 
It is super annoying to get stuff like “Be a part of the most elite forces in the world” when I do even remotely better then someone.

I remember those times in Halo 3 and Reach where I’d get a message almost every day going like: M2AFRP, plz join my clan. While it’s nice to feel wanted, I’m fairly sure I got an invite because they need bodies rather than me as a skillful player. If I want to join a clan or Spartan company, I will go to them. Not the other way around.
Best thing I would do if that gets added is to have each player set their preference either open or closed to invitations. This way, if you set it to closed, then you won’t be able to receive any of those recruitment ads regardless if you’re part of a company or not.

We get spammed by them anyways, for those of us who are trying to build a company to help people earn the armor/helmet and also to find friends to game with, it might help to an extant
This feature does need to be added. Hopefully it will.

Not necessarily if it was added along with Grunty Headshot’s idea about being able to turn off the ability to receive recruitment messages. And to add to his/her idea, make it so that other people would be able to see if someone has “recruitment messages off” & that way they wouldn’t waste their time sending the message to you at all.
