Been thinking about what if Halo Infinite had a in-game chat option where you can communicate with other players on your team. For the people who don’t have or use a mic. Using the Chat Pad with your controller to display messages somewhere in your hud. In Halo 5, I think this would have been useful.

I 100% agree. It would be much more alive with that feature, and it’s part of why Halo 3 was such a community experience. I met so many good friends that way. Also with the partying up feature. I miss that.
Horizon 4 has a similar feature. While it’s fairly rudimentary, being able to send some basic compliments like “Nice car” was better than not being able to do so. I’d like to see something like it in Infinite as well. The chat box in MCC doesn’t work well.

Yeah totally agree. Sea of Thieves chat wheel is actually really good for even tactical coordination
