Can anyone tell me what can I do in this scenario. I just UNWILLINGLY bought the $99.99 Gold Req Pack Bundle, while trying to buy just ONE DAMN GOLD REQ PACK, using RP. I pressed the Req Pack Bundle, and when I notice I start smashing B, but my internet being slow seems to not have registered it. My finger slips, and I hit A just ONE DAMN TIME, and it -yoink- registers that, and make the purchase. I back out, quit the game, start it again, and I have 47 Gold Req Packs in my account, and a little above $110 less in my account. I won’t play anymore until somebody helps me with this, where should I refer this? I want my money back, and the 47 Packs taken out of my account.

I think you’re looking for this. (Edit: Note that the blue text is a general redirection to the xbox support page. There should be a live chat option, and ambassadors should be able to help you from there.)
Waypoint mods/343i have no real say in refunding transactions. (from what I know.) You’re going to have to go directly to microsoft’s customer support, either through phone or live chat.
But since it is an virtual product, something “harder” to track, how will they “take it out” of my account, since obviously Req Packs are not something I can “return” to get my money back.

Assuming that you didn’t open any of the packs, they should be removed when/if you do refund them. (If everything goes smoothly.)
