I always liked how some games have a emblem maker with certain shapes that you can resize and adjust. I love being able to make a emblem of a certain logo that i love.
Like why not allow something like this in h5. I’m always tired of the old emblems that I dont care about. I always pick something that doesnt really look that cool and just keep it. I dont really have a reason to change it or even care for it.
I know some people would abuse the emblem editor by making adult content but those could easily be banned. What do you guys think? Would you like to be able to create your favorite logo from a movie, game, comic or novel?
Erm, have you seen the emblems the COD community comes up with? Or hell, even the ones the Halo community comes up with using the presets? I’d really rather not have to look at ridiculous, childish, and inappropriate emblems.

I agree but i want my Superman logo lol. I know people would ruin it but with a feedback system it could be banned very easily and i feel like the emblems that they offer never really make me feel unique. Now of them are ever that cool to make me stand out. You have to agree on that at least.

Who cares? Seriously, I’d lighten up if I were you. It’s all in humor. Having an in-depth emblem would be very cool.

I mean, the feedback system would mean that someone actually has to look at all the reports then. That would be a really sucky job. And IDK. I actually like a lot of the emblems, personally.

Not when those emblems can be used as forum avatars.
There is no denying that if you had free reign on medal designs, you’ll see nothing but -Yoink!- parts, middle fingers, dumb messages and YouTube icons.

Idk i mean its no different then people who have a bad gamertag. They could make a system that could work. I mean if someone had a bunch of bad emblems then it wouldnt be hard to notice when they have 50 reports. Like it would suck but idk i think it would be worth it to have better emblems.
Maybe halo could just not care anymore and just let fans make what they want and maybe fore certain gamemodes to not have emblems show if they would be afraid of it being show to the public on an online tourney or something. idk.

There is absolutely nothing humorous about swastikas, and CoD Black Ops 1 was full of them. That and male genitals.
See, while I would love to have such freedom for emblems, it really is a double edge sword. On one hand, there could be alot of awesome/epic/whatever-positive-name emblems that would spring forth. On the other hand… well you know.
Maybe 343 could add at least another layer to the emblems, so instead of two to work with, we’d have a third to give a little more personal flair to our emblems.
Bad seeds are going to be bad. Lack of options didn’t stop people from making phallic emblems in Halo 2. Left side vertical bar and hand grenade anyone?
That being said, the Battlefield system is cool and all, until someone created BFemblems.com, where everyone just uploads the mapping coordinates for custom emblems… after that, what’s the point? The uniqueness is lost when you can just steal someone else’s creation.

It was such a shame that most of them never saw the light of day (at least in matchmaking). Multi-Team was great, but the T-rex was sadly assigned to a team that’s only ever seen in Custom Games.
I’d hope they can be brought back for individual use - and legitimately too - but we’ll see. Here’s hoping~!

True story: We were playing customs and I wanted to be purple team but I could not remember the word “Rhino” for the life of me. And that’s why I still call purple team the, “Unicorn Hippo” team.
