I have always bought the games for the story. As many others do I am sure. No need to lose that business by cutting out something so fundamental.

I love the stories being told. Its the only reason im buying halo 5 as the multiplayer is no longer halo.

I have tons of friends that are doing just that I just get impatient if it was only multiplayer it would be easier to make therfore released sooner as for story I got bored with it after h3

REALLY?!
Halo started with its campaign. It was what made it popular in the first place. It is an integral part of Halo. Multiplayer is actually more of an add-on than campaign.

Yes I remember halo one on my 30 pound og xbox played it a unhealthy amount but as I got older I get tired of the same ol sci-fi storyline and now I just enjoy the competitive mp always trying to get better never have reached 50 but maybe one day I will 47 h3 is my higheat
