I’ve been a halo fan since Halo: Combat Evolved but been playing it on PC exclusively. Recently, I got attracted to the Halo 5 Xbox One exclusive console and started console gaming. Halo 5 has been a refreshing experience and I enjoy playing the multiplayer. However, I just can’t seem to aim properly and had much difficulty.
The secret to aiming (apart from practice) is that you should aim mostly with the left stick (movement).

the pistol seems to aim a bit high to me when im shooting for head shots. just my two cents.

They already released controller re-mapping for regular controllers and a firmware update for regular controllers with this latest release. Is that what you are referring to?
Is it me or did they already change the feel of the aim with the last patch?

343 screwed tht up at launch and they wont give it a permanent fix but rather and configuration option to help you set your own settings and to me thats shear laziness because they simply cant imply an actual working yet simple game mechanic.
