This thread also has a few tweaks to Halo MP and after this no going back. Only steps forward.
with the new specializations they would give players abilities above others. But instead of you Spartan IV having all of these abilities you will only get one specialization. No trade ins, once you are this that is what you are.
Each of the new specializations would have a great boost while at the same time a bit of a defect. You don’t have to choose a specialization but if you are good at a certain thing or you want to support you and your team well picking one would be right up your alley. I made the base of these examples and a fellow forum member(you know who you are
) added in adjustments of what he thought they should be. (Spec further below) Remember these are just an idea of what the new Specializations could be like and if you are interested in a specialization well you have to prove you are the (insert species here) that deserves it. Nothing is better than working hard for your rewards right? RIGHT?
So what i say for this new form of specializations we bring back the 1-50 and get rid of a few things in Halo 4 like the loadouts. If we will have loadouts, let it be like in Reach. Where the player doesn’t choose every spicy and sometimes cheap weapons that they can spawn with all the time. Like plasma grenades or or boltshot and the most effective weapon in MP. Loadouts being different AA’s, as well instead of a walking armory.
Back to the specs,
I say if they return make it so they have a large impact but you can only pick one. (since i doubt spartan IV’s are specialized in more than one thing.) These new specializations would be very difficult to get too and will always be on. All other starting perks would be removed as well.
Example
Wetwork- Motion tracker shows you as an ordnance drop (hollow blue diamond), your animations are 50% faster, silent footsteps, footsteps are louder to a Spartan using Wetwork, Promethean Vision can’t see you and camo last longer and makes you 25% less visible. While invisible, the player’s shield is at 50% and takes 10% longer to recharge than normal.
Pioneer- More effective and accurate with Forerunner weapons and armor abilities, May exchange one armor unlock for another available within ten levels. Non-Forerunner AAs take 20% longer to recharge. Human and Covenant weapons have 10% less aim assist.
Engineer- All weapon/vehicles spawns are known to player, player is notified when power weapons are about to drop and where they are. Power weapons obtained in this way have half as many clips as usual.
Tracker- AKA Ordinance Master(only player to get ordinance drops, mainly a support class) Trackers depending on how good their team is doing they will be able to drop supplies for allies. Giving it to them directly or marking where the drop point would be. Varies between any spawnable item even vehicles. Player is EMP’d with each ordnance drop.
Rouge- 25 % increased aim assist, immune to descope and aim can’t be disturbed by explosives or firearms. Player is 50% slower when scoped-in.
Stalker- Highlighted footsteps of foes allow the Stalker to find any target if they have killed or harmed the Stalker. Stalker also is able to mark hostile teams most valuable player. Marking the MVP immobilizes the Stalker for three seconds.
Pathfinder- Automatic weapons never lose accuracy along with an increasing damage when firing at a targets head with automatics, can run at normal speeds with turrets as well as being able to sprint with them, plasma weapons and any vehicles canons take longer to overheat. Takes twice as long for the player to recover from sprinting with a turret than with any other weapon. Reload speed for automatic weapons is 15% slower than normal.
Operator- Vehicles are more powerful while an Operator is behind the wheel, Operators can save allies and themselves from w vehicles destruction, stun last half as long. Saving yourself and/or allies from a wreck may only be done three times per match. Operator’s base speed is 10% slower than that of other players.
Just ideas that could change the Specs for the better if you ask me. I might as well just make a thread but it would sort of a -Yoink!- move to do that as long as this thread is up.
If you wish add in the little changes you want to the list of examples and/or add in a specialization that you would create to have in Halo, but remember it has to have a draw back.
Back to MP adjustments,

Like them or not they are just examples of what we could have and i got two more things. In game A.I.
Awarded at Level 1 you get your First A.I. and a random personality. After getting your A.I. you can upgrade it with your social rank and credits. Changing its color, avatar, voice and gender. Your A.I. will act as you announcer and will guide you along through out your MP experience. Not until you Reach Skill level 20 would you be able to unlock the customization of your A.I.
Last, Weapons
Automatic do more damage with headshots, only 3 precision weapons in MP that players can have for MP. (if the DMR is a must i got something for it as well)
Carbine-Best at Close to Medium Range.
BR-great a Medium Range.
Light Rifle- Medium to Long Range. (DMR mini sniper)
Dual Wieldable Weapons
Needler (because they are so rare), magnum, PP, SMGs, Plasma Rifles, Spikers, Boltshots( takes two shots for instant kill ) and any new small rifle.
Suppressor-rocks player screen, makes it very hard to aim and pushes players slightly away.
Storm Rifle or Plsama Repeater- Close to Mid Close Range
Assault Rifle-All Round( is player uses shoots well )
