Improved Quit ban

Title is in caps? Nevermind that. Anyway, Reach needs an improved quit ban system. I’ve been in too many games where people quit in the beginning of the match, or when we’re losing by 5 or so points, or even winning! Then we end up losing at the end of the match.

The quit ban should be harsher, because as of right now, it’s not even a punishment. 10 minutes isn’t long enough. Maybe more like an hour or loss of cR or something. Any suggestions would be nice.

the quit ban does currently do a good job and does discourage people from quitting but it does need to be harsher, you can quit a few times without punishment and people abuse this so what needs to be done is to bring back punishment for quitting while leaving the quit ban in so habitual quitters get hit harder.

every quit = 1,000 Cr
every quit on quit probation = 5,00Cr + 10min ban.

I don’t like the quit ban, but having said that I wish they would only punish the first quitter. I usually quit when two or more people leave my team, because on vanilla reach and even the TU it’s IMPOSSIBLE to hold your own against more than one person due to the bloom and weapon damage; however, with the Classic magnum I have played many games where another teamate and I have held our own against 4 opponents and won the match. I think a credit reduction as well as 10 minute ban is good. It is after all just a game.
