In halo channel, it says there is a ‘knight kill’ medal. I have zero, despite the fact that I killed tons of knights in warzone and got boss kill medals instead. There is no way to get medals in campaign, so unless there are knights in warzone who are not bosses, getting a knight kill medal is impossible. Are there any non-boss knights in warzone at all?

I’ve gotten a few of them. Like 6. The only knights I can recall that aren’t bosses themselves are the ones that spawn alongside Warden Eternal.

so just to clarify (as I too am trying to get this medal) - you need to kill Warden Eternals buddies that appear (not the random knights that spawn)?
It’s for killing normal knights that spawn with the Warden, not Knight Dignitaries or others.
Honestly this was the first boss type kill commendation I got. You just need to keep track of when and where they show up. They’re actually super easy to take down by yourself imo, compared to hunters, warden, or even ghost opponents.
There are a lot of knights in warzone, listen to the narrator, “Knight blah blah blah in the plaza…”. I have completed the knight slayer medal.
