Impossible to connect to the matchmaking

I have bought Halo 5. I can do everything I wnat to do but thre is one thing that I can’t do play online.

I can do the campain. Every time I launch the game I have the message of the day. I can even buy the requisition pack but I can’t play online.

Somebody has a solution to my problem?

Ive been having the same problem since the update came out tried everthing, Went through all the forums and no fix yet :confused:
